1. Overview

EML-103 is designed for conventional mechanical cutting processes with steel, steel alloys, aluminum and cast iron materials. At the same time, it is also applied to grinding processes. EML-103 is suitable for parts with high requirements for abrasion, mechanical strength, roughness, etc. EML-103 also contributes significantly to improving product quality and reducing production costs.

2. Features

1) Excellent lubricating ability, mixed with chlorine, pressure-resistant additives, synthetic lubricants, etc. in an optimal ratio. Therefore, it significantly reduces friction, corrosion, anti-sticking and increases tool life.

2) Very good anti-rust ability, with high-grade anti-rust additives, EML-103 ensures good short-term anti-rust role as well as does not cause metal corrosion.

3) Less harmful to humans, does not contain toxic ingredients such as: nitrous acid, phenolic compound, formaldehyde…

4) Does not create foam, even when used at high intensity.

5) Very light odor, making the working environment pleasant

6) Creates a stable emulsion.

4. Recommended use

1) For cutting and grinding processes

5. Instructions for use.

1) Mix with water in the correct ratio before use.

2) When using the product for the first time.

① Drain the old oil from the container.

② Clean all old oil and impurities inside the tank.

③ Clean the whole tank again with the oil solution after mixing the oil with water at a ratio of 1-2%.

④ Check the tank carefully.

⑤ If your skin is sensitive, use safe labor protection measures before working.

⑥ Use industrial water as the water source for mixing oil.

6. Oil management during use.

1) Check the oil concentration daily with the concentration testing equipment.

2) Check the PH daily with the PH testing equipment.

3) Other oils and impurities must be removed.

4) Be careful when using with other types of lubricants. Make sure there is no conflict before using.

5) Must be mixed according to the concentration recommended by the manufacturer.

6) In case of changes in machinery, equipment, materials, etc., please contact the manufacturer before use.

7) If any problems occur during use, please contact the manufacturer.

8) The oil must be analyzed regularly.

9) In case of prolonged non-operation of machinery, keep air circulating in the tank.

10) If the product does not dissolve during use, remove the container as soon as possible.

7. Instructions.

⑥ Do not mix it with flammable substances.

3) After use.

② Work clothes must be washed separately from other clothes.

8. Storage.

1) After use, seal and store in a dry place.

2) Store ash indoors, away from high temperatures or direct sunlight.

3) Do not store in damp places.

9. Disposal

The barrel and waste oil must be disposed of according to regulations.
